• A Visit from The Poet from the Peaks - Andy Tooze

  We thoroughly enjoyed our visit from Andy Tooze this morning. He shared poems from his recent publication and we were inspired to write our own poems celebrating friendship and difference - on theme with Anti Bullying week. A very inspiring morning highlighting the fact we have lots of incredibly creative and talented writers amongst us!

  

• A Trip to Buxton Opera House

  Our Key Stage 2 pupils were so lucky, as part of our Satellite Opera Project, to visit Buxton Opera House and have a guided tour behind the scenes. They also accessed a workshop on stage and got to perform some of the pieces they have been working on in school with Emma and Tiny. What a brilliant experience!
