Today, the whole federation took part in a sponsored fitness circuit with the badminton player, Jenny Wallwork. She was so very impressed with our determination to keep going during a HIIT session which lasted a very long time! She then delivered an assembly to us about what it takes to become the very best at something. We couldn't believe it when she told us that a shuttlecock can travel at 300km per hour! 
What a brilliant sporty Friday. Well done all involved.
